Structured concern intake
Collect the details needed to begin a review without mixing sensitive reports into ordinary requests.
- Harassment, fraud, safety and discrimination categories
- Required report description
- Optional supporting attachment
Collect protected ethics reports in a dedicated workflow, isolate access to designated ethics officers and follow each case through review and resolution.

Employees submit a concern by category with a description and optional file through a focused, confirmation-based flow.
Only designated ethics officers can open the report register, review details, update status and add a resolution note.
HRlume separates report submission from officer-only case management.

Officer access is explicitly assigned. Being an administrator alone does not automatically expose case content.
A confirmation step makes the sensitivity of the action clear before a report is sent.
Move reports from new to in review, resolved or dismissed with a recorded resolution note.
Attach evidence to the protected record instead of circulating it through email or chat.
Discuss access, deployment and security requirements with HRlume.
Discuss securityYes. A submitted report is never linked to an employee identity — the record itself stores no submitter ID, IP address or device information. A short-lived, per-submitter rate limit exists internally to stop the channel being flooded, but it never connects back to a specific report.
Only employees your organisation explicitly designates as ethics officers. Being an administrator does not grant access on its own — officer status is a separate assignment, controlled independently of every other admin permission.
Yes, one optional file up to 20MB. A small set of file types that could carry active content (HTML, SVG, XML) is blocked for safety; every other common file type is accepted.
Every designated ethics officer is notified right away. From there they move the case from New through In review to Resolved or Dismissed, recording an internal resolution note as it progresses.
