HRlume separates employee sessions, OAuth grants and API keys. Calendar access is opt-in per employee, and API keys are limited to the read-only routes and scopes the public API supports.
Single sign-on does not create new employee records automatically: an administrator still controls who has an account and therefore who consumes a licensed seat.
