Connected recruiting

Referral intake that does not live in chat messages.

Employees submit a candidate against a real vacancy, and recruiters receive a complete source-labelled record.

The referral follows the same stages, notes and hiring decisions as every other candidate.

Common questions

How referrals actually work.

Any employee with an HRlume account — referrals are not limited to recruiters or managers. The referral form only lists roles that are currently open.

Yes. Your own referrals list shows each candidate's current pipeline stage, from application through to an offer or rejection, the same stage recruiters see.

No. A referred candidate enters the exact same pipeline stages as every other applicant for that role — a referral changes how a candidate reaches recruiting, not how they are evaluated once there.

Not directly. HRlume records who referred a candidate and keeps that source visible throughout the pipeline — bonus payment itself is handled by your own compensation process, outside the platform.
